When Yata Ranch in Margarita, California decided to expand their wedding business, they faced a familiar problem. The outdoor space was beautiful but unpredictable. Wind picked up before sunset. Mornings were too cool for an outdoor ceremony. And their clients wanted a covered option that still felt like the ranch, not a hotel ballroom.
Their solution was a custom 10×15M sunroom built by our team.
This is not a temporary tent or a screened porch. This is a permanent, fully glazed structure standing on solid foundation. The dimensions give the ranch exactly one hundred fifty square meters of climate-protected event space. The west facing glass wall opens toward the ranch landscape, so couples get golden hour light without the wind. The overhead UV coated panels keep the space bright but comfortable from late morning through evening.
Why this size worked for Yata Ranch is simple. A ten by fifteen meter footprint fits a wedding ceremony aisle against the far glass wall, a central dance floor large enough for fifty guests, dining tables around the perimeter, and a separate bar and cake station. Nothing feels cramped. Nothing feels empty. The entire wedding stays in one room, which means staff does not move chairs or reset between ceremony and reception.
The sunroom also solved a specific business problem for the ranch. Before this installation, Yata Ranch could only book outdoor events between late spring and early fall. With the glass sunroom, they now book weddings in cooler months, windy weekends, and even light rain days. That directly increases their annual booking capacity.
Ventilation was another key requirement. Our design includes side opening panels that create natural airflow without needing loud mechanical fans. On warm Margarita afternoons, the ranch simply opens the side vents. On cool evenings, they close everything and the glass holds comfortable temperatures well past sunset.
We invite any wedding venue owner, ranch operator, or property manager to see this installation in person. Yata Ranch is located in Margarita, California, and they have agreed to show the sunroom to serious buyers. You do not need a sales pitch. You just need to walk the floor, touch the glass, and see how a ten by fifteen meter structure changes what a venue can offer.
Most sunroom companies show you renderings. We show you a finished, working, revenue generating installation at one of Margarita’s busiest wedding properties. Come see it yourself.
