We completed a custom glass greenhouse for a client in Canada. The size is L36ft W20ft H4m, or 10.97m length, 6.1m width and 4m height. This greenhouse works both as a garden greenhouse and backyard sunroom.

Our team designed the frame to meet Canada local wind and snow load requirements. Decorative arched window grilles were added following the customer’s aesthetic preference. The gable roof helps shed snow during cold winters.

Factory Pre Assembly Inspection

We fully pre-assembled the whole frame inside our workshop. Our workers fitted all beams, wall frames and roof trusses together to check fitment. This step finds connection gaps and structural issues before packing and shipping.

All decorative arched window frames were mounted and inspected during pre assembly. Our quality team checked every joint to ensure stable outdoor performance. After inspection, we disassembled the frame for container shipment to Canada.
