A New Garden Structure in Chengdu

A steel greenhouse frame installation is currently underway in Chengdu. This custom structure will serve a private garden. The steel frame is positioned on a specially prepared stone foundation.

Choosing the RAL6005 Moss Green Finish

The entire steel frame was powder-coated in a moss green shade. This color is officially known as RAL6005. The dark green finish blends very well with the surrounding nature. It also matches the nearby brick wall.

Step-by-Step Assembly Process

Our construction team started by leveling the natural stone base. The steel columns were then anchored securely to the stones. Each vertical post was aligned with extreme precision. The primary structure is now fully standing.

The steel frame started as a solid skeleton. All columns were securely anchored to the stone foundation. Ventilation windows were pre-installed on the roof frame.

Integrated Ventilation Features

Ventilation was considered very early in the design process. Two roof vents were built into the top section. Two side windows were also added to this greenhouse frame. Natural airflow will be excellent once the glass is fitted.

Measuring the Custom Size

The dimensions were customized to fit this Chengdu garden perfectly. The length is set at six meters. The total width measures three point four meters. The peak height reaches four point two meters. This provides a roomy and comfortable interior.

Ready for the Glass Panels

The project is currently in its mid-construction phase. All the main steel members have been installed. Glass installation will be carried out next week. The steel framework is completely prepared and cleaned.

The modern steel frame sits beside an old brick wall. Climbing vines are currently growing across the back of that wall. This combination creates a unique and attractive landscape. The stone flooring around the base completes the rustic look.

High-quality powder coating is used on every metal component. This protective layer prevents rust from forming. Moisture exposure is a common concern in Chengdu. The coating ensures a very long service life.

The large glass areas will allow plenty of sunlight to enter. Good lighting is necessary for healthy plant growth. The orientation of the frame was carefully selected. Proper sun exposure is critical for a productive greenhouse.

Preparing for Outdoor Lighting

The garden pathways adjacent to the frame will be illuminated. Our team pre-wired the area for soft outdoor lights. Soft lighting will create a warm atmosphere at night. The final result will look stunning even after dark.

Installation of the Future Shelving

Internal preparation has already been initiated. Metal brackets were fixed onto the side columns. These will hold wooden planting shelves securely. This offers plenty of space for potted plants.
