Project Background
This greenhouse was ordered by a private garden owner. They wanted a classic Victorian style. Our factory manufactured the entire structure. Everything was shipped in flat packs. The client handled the local assembly. They sent these photos back to us. The final result looks excellent. It matches our design perfectly.
Material Selection
Hot-dip galvanized steel was selected for the main frame. This metal ensures zero rust for many years. The frame was finished in matte green paint. Double tempered glass was used for every window pane. This glass type offers strong impact resistance. It also provides excellent heat insulation. Plants will stay warm inside. Winter frost is blocked completely.
Design Features
The roof follows a classic barrel vault curve. Decorative cresting runs along the entire top. The front facade features a central double door. Large arched windows are placed on both sides. Intricate scrollwork is welded into the lower panels. These details give the structure true vintage character. The glass reflects trees and the sky. Natural light enters from all angles.

Local Assembly Work
The client poured a concrete foundation before we shipped. Metal columns were bolted securely to this slab. Glass panes were installed into the steel channels. Weather sealing was applied around all glass edges. A wooden lattice fence was added at the front. The stone retaining wall borders the lower ground. Large terracotta planters sit right in front. Red flowers bloom near the right corner.
Export and Packaging
All parts were packed into standard export crates. Protective foam was placed between each steel piece. Glass was packed in reinforced wooden cases. The shipment traveled safely by sea. No parts were damaged during transit. The client received every component on time. Assembly instructions were provided in the kit. They followed our manual step by step.
Quality Control Process
Our factory inspected each part before packing. Welds were checked for strength and smoothness. The powder coating was tested for uniform thickness. Glass dimensions were double-checked against drawings. Every hinge and latch was tested for movement. This prevents installation errors at the site. Our QC team passed the whole order. The final product exceeded export standards.
