This custom Victorian glasshouse was manufactured for Norrviken Park in Sweden. The full hot-dip galvanized steel frame structure was prefabricated inside our workshop before shipment. All arched frames and decorative trims were pre-assembled and tested on our factory ground. Our team checked every joint to ensure structural stability for Nordic climate conditions. Local harsh winters bring heavy snow loads and strong coastal winds. The design was adjusted to handle these regional environmental challenges.

On-site erection of ornate full hot dip galvanized steel frame for Victorian glasshouse project at Norrviken Park Sweden.
Workers lifted the heavy metal framework with mobile cranes to fit each arched component. The ornate window patterns and dome spires follow classic Victorian greenhouse aesthetics. The whole structure meets Sweden’s strict local wind and snow load standards. Each decorative metal piece was precision cut to match the original design drawings. Every curved frame section was trial fitted in our yard before packaging for overseas transport.
The project adopts hot-dip galvanized steel as the main structural material. This material delivers strong corrosion resistance to fit Sweden’s humid and cold outdoor environment. Tempered insulated glass fills the frame openings to maintain a stable indoor temperature for plants.
