Months 6-12 Before
Our journey to create your ideal Victorian wedding begins with your initial inquiry through our website, followed by a personalized video tour of our greenhouse. A dedicated wedding coordinator will then meet with you to discuss your vision, explore available dates, and delve into the possibilities for your theme. Once your plans are taking shape, you will secure your special date with our signature botanical contract. Finally, you will collaborate with our in-house Victorian floral designer in a dedicated planning session to bring every floral detail to life.
Months 3-6 Before
This comprehensive wedding planning process begins with a Detailed Planning Meeting to finalize table arrangements, lighting, and Victorian décor selections. It is followed by a Tasting & Menu Design session where you will experience our Victorian-inspired culinary offerings. We then handle Vendor Coordination by seamlessly connecting with your selected photographers, musicians, and other service providers. Finally, the process culminates in a Dress Rehearsal, featuring the first walkthrough in the greenhouse with key wedding party members.
The Wedding Week
On the final day before the wedding, our process includes a Final Walkthrough for a detailed review of all arrangements with our event director. This is followed by the Floral Installation, where our team transforms the greenhouse with fresh Victorian blooms. An intimate Rehearsal Dinner for your closest family and friends is then hosted in our attached conservatory. Finally, on your special day, our dedicated Victorian wedding team provides comprehensive Wedding Day Coordination, offering full-day support to ensure a seamless celebration.
After the Celebration
On the morning after your celebration, we host a Next Morning Brunch as a farewell gathering in the serene, morning-lit greenhouse. Each guest will also receive a Personalized Keepsake—a pressed flower from your bouquet, beautifully preserved in a Victorian frame. Following the event, you will receive your Photo Delivery, a curated gallery from our recommended photographers. Furthermore, as a special gift, we invite you to enjoy a complimentary Anniversary Visit to the greenhouse on your first wedding anniversary.
