Construction Progress in Qinhuangdao​

Work on the large wedding conservatory in Qinhuangdao is advancing steadily, with the steel framework now fully erected. Crews are actively fitting tempered glass panels into position, following the sequence tested in earlier projects. Tasks remain on schedule, and completion is expected before the weekend.

This project marks our factory’s first domestic installation of a large-scale wedding conservatory built with a steel structure. It directly mirrors the design completed for a U.S. client, applying identical engineering standards and material selection to ensure consistency in both strength and appearance.

Steel Framework Installation​

All steel sections were prefabricated in our workshop based on precise measurements. After delivery, each component was lifted into place and secured with heavy-duty bolts. Alignment checks were repeated several times to confirm stability before the glass installation phase began.

The steel structure forms the primary support system for the tempered glass walls and roof. Its load-bearing capacity enables wide spans without internal columns, producing uninterrupted sightlines throughout the venue. This approach maintains both structural integrity and an open, elegant atmosphere.

Tempered Glass Fitting Underway​

Installation of tempered glass panels is progressing panel by panel. Each sheet is fixed using durable fittings and sealed to prevent water or air intrusion. The tempered glass provides safety through impact resistance while maintaining clear visibility, which suits the needs of a wedding setting.

Edges are smoothed immediately after positioning, and surfaces are cleaned during the process. This workflow reduces rework and ensures the finished conservatory meets both structural requirements and visual expectations. Handover is planned for later this week, pending stable weather.
