Because of the long transport time from our facility to Gdansk, packing density is critical. Every aluminum profile and glass panel is numbered to match the installation drawings perfectly. We have learned that a missing screw or a mislabeled box can delay a project in Europe by weeks. For this shipment, we triple checked the inventory against the packing list.

We also added heavy duty winter anchoring kits. This is not standard for all our export orders, but it is mandatory for Poland. The wind load and snow load requirements in that region are specific. As a supplier, adapting to local building conditions is the only way to earn repeat VIP business.
