We are pleased to announce that one 20GP container of a high-end custom block-wall sunroom has been successfully loaded and shipped to Sweden. This unit features premium tempered glass and a reinforced steel structure, fully tailored to our Swedish client’s specifications.
Premium Configuration: Tempered Glass + Steel Structure
Unlike standard sunrooms, this high-end model uses tempered glass for better safety, thermal insulation, and weather resistance. The steel structure provides strong load-bearing capacity and long-term stability, making it ideal for the Swedish climate. Every component was custom-cut and pre-drilled for easy on-site assembly.
Trial Assembly Conducted at Our Factory Before Packing
Before any component was packed into the 20GP container, we carried out a full trial assembly of this block-wall sunroom right inside our factory. The steel frame, tempered glass panels, and wall blocks were all put together according to the actual installation sequence. This step allowed us to verify every cutting dimension, connection point, and glass fitment in real conditions. The client received photos and videos of the trial assembly for final confirmation. Only after passing this dry-run test was the sunroom disassembled, carefully packed, and prepared for shipment.
